【詳細(xì)介紹】：CD82, a member of the tetraspanin （TM4SF） family, is a suppressor of tumorigenicity 6 and of metastasis in prostate, pancreatic, hepatocellular, cervical and colorectal carcinomas. It is expressed by T cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes and plaets. CD82 associates with CD4 or CD8 and delivers co-stimulatory signals for the TCR/CD3 pathway.
