背景介紹：Relaxins are known endocrine and autocrine/paracrine hormones, belonging to the insulin gene superfamily. In the human there are three non allelic relaxin genes, RLN1, RLN2 and RLN3. RLN1 and RLN2 share high sequence homology. Relaxin is produced by the ovary, and targets the mammalian reproductive system to ripen the cervix, elongate the pubic symphysis and inhibit uterine contraction. It may have additional roles in enhancing sperm motility, regulating blood pressure, controlling heart rate and releasing oxytocin and vasopressin. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the relaxin family. The active form of the encoded protein consists of an A chain and a B chain but their cleavage sites are not definiy described yet. It may play a role in neuropeptide signaling processes.

抗原修復(fù)

組織在制作過程中，由于固定液的作用封閉了抗原，又由于熱的作用致使部分抗原的肽鏈發(fā)生扭曲，致使在免疫組化的染色過程中不能將其顯示出來，為了解決上述的問題，利用化學(xué)試劑和熱的作用將這些抗原重新暴露出來或修正過來的過程稱為抗原修復(fù)。

上海博研生物常用的抗原修復(fù)液有：0.01M枸櫞酸（pH6.0）、0.05M EDTA（pH8.0）、0.01M TBS（pH7.4）、*、*

常用的抗原修復(fù)方法：

方法1：沸水浴修復(fù)，將盛有修復(fù)液和玻片的燒杯置于沸水浴環(huán)境，保持外部沸騰狀態(tài)15min，自然冷卻至室溫。

方法2：微波修復(fù)，將盛有修復(fù)液和玻片的燒杯置于微波爐中，高火5min，?；?min，中火5min，自然冷卻至室溫。

方法3：高壓修復(fù)，修復(fù)液加入高壓鍋加熱至沸騰，放入玻片，封蓋加壓持續(xù)加熱至噴氣時開始計(jì)時修復(fù)2min，自然冷卻至室溫。

方法4：使用*修復(fù)，將*修復(fù)液加入到組織上，37℃，消化30min
