背景介紹：This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein that reduces cell growth by stimulating apoptosis. The first intron of this gene contains the neuronatin gene, which is imprinted and only expressed from the paternal allele. This gene is imprinted in brain where it is differentially expressed from different promoters. Transcription from the upstream promoter occurs preferentially on the maternal allele, and transcripts are preferentially expressed from the downstream promoter on the paternal allele. Alternative promoters and alternative splicing result in multiple transcript variants that encode the same protein.

抗原修復(fù)的幾種常用方法（供參考）

1、 微波爐加熱：

在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（pH6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復(fù)1-2次。根據(jù)玻片情況可參考采用微波加熱“3-5-3法”3分鐘溫火沸騰后靜止5分鐘，再溫火沸騰3分鐘即可。
