背景介紹：This gene encodes a member of the trypsin family of serine proteases. Studies in mouse suggest that the encoded enzyme may be involved in structural reorganizations associated with learning and memory. The enzyme is also expressed in Leydig cells in the testis, but its function in this tissue is unknown. Defects in this gene are a cause of mental retardation autosomal recessive type 1 (MRT1).

冰凍切片的免疫組化染色步驟

- 速凍組織

- 冰凍切片4~8μm，冰凍切片后如不染色，必須吹干，儲存低溫冰箱內，或進行短暫預固定后儲存于-20℃冰箱

- 室溫放置30分鐘后，入4℃丙酮固定10分鐘，也可根據(jù)需要選擇其他的固定方式

- PBS沖洗，5分鐘×3次

- 用3%過氧化氫孵育5~10分鐘，消除內源性過氧化物酶的活性

- PBS沖洗，5分鐘×3次

- 下接石蠟切片免疫組化染色操作步驟（滴加一抗開始）
