圍繞低溫恒溫試驗箱系統(tǒng)共同分析節(jié)能問題

    論文圍繞低溫恒溫試驗箱系統(tǒng)節(jié)能問題,通過紅外無損檢測技術(shù)對恒溫恒濕試驗箱維護結(jié)構(gòu)保溫性能進(jìn)行了實驗研究,分析了低溫恒溫試驗箱門流場和能耗利用情況、計算了制冷系統(tǒng)能耗匹配問題等,其主要工作內(nèi)容和結(jié)論如下:Paper around the low temperature test chamber system energy saving problem, through infrared nondestructive testing technology to maintain constant temperature and humidity test chamber structure heat preservation performance has carried on the experimental study, the door is low temperature constant temperature test flow field are analyzed and the using situation of energy consumption, calculate the energy consumption of refrigeration system matching problem, etc., its main contents and conclusions are as follows:            

    1、分析了熱流法、熱箱法及紅外無損檢測的檢測原理,利用紅外熱像儀對某恒溫恒濕試驗箱維護結(jié)構(gòu)保溫缺陷進(jìn)行了紅外檢測,利用 MATAB 軟件對紅外圖片進(jìn)行了直方圖均衡化、自適應(yīng)濾波和中值濾波等處理,即將紅外圖片轉(zhuǎn)化為灰度圖片并對灰度進(jìn)行了拉伸,并和數(shù)值分析對比,結(jié)果表明處理過的圖片可以直觀、清晰的反映出低溫恒溫試驗箱保溫缺陷。1, analyzed the heat flux method, hot box method and testing principle of infrared nondestructive testing, using the infrared thermal imager to maintain a constant temperature and humidity test chamber structure insulation defects for the infrared detection, using MATAB software of infrared image histogram equalization, adaptive filtering and median filtering and other processing, the infrared images into grayscale image and the gray level stretch, and numerical analysis, the results show that the processed images can be intuitive, clear reflect the low temperature constant temperature test chamber insulation defects.
