 動(dòng)態(tài)負(fù)載補(bǔ)償（DLC） 所有的JOFRA RTC 系列干體爐都具有動(dòng)態(tài)雙區(qū)加熱功能。每個(gè)加熱區(qū)都可以單獨(dú)控制，下面的加熱區(qū)域保證整個(gè)加熱塊合適的熱量消耗，上面的加熱區(qū)域補(bǔ)償加熱體上部和被測(cè)傳感器的熱量損失。這種設(shè)計(jì)可以大大改善溫場(chǎng)內(nèi)溫度一致性，無(wú)需隔熱被測(cè)探頭，可以校準(zhǔn)充液式或其他機(jī)械式的探頭。 為了配合動(dòng)態(tài)雙區(qū)加熱技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的溫場(chǎng)一致性，我們研發(fā)了DLC(動(dòng)態(tài)負(fù)載補(bǔ)償)技術(shù)，在此新技術(shù)下，校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性，一致性等指標(biāo)將不會(huì)受到傳感器負(fù)載的影響，特別是在校準(zhǔn)多支或者大型傳感器時(shí)。 為實(shí)現(xiàn)此功能，我們研發(fā)了一種DLC 探頭用于RTC 干體爐，這一探頭被置于套管內(nèi)（實(shí)際工作區(qū)）并連接至RTC干體爐。當(dāng)DLC 功能啟動(dòng)后，干體爐會(huì)自動(dòng)地平衡套管內(nèi)的溫度一致性，并將此任務(wù)作為優(yōu)先于普通溫度控制的首要任務(wù)進(jìn)行處理。 DLC探頭監(jiān)控著套管內(nèi)溫場(chǎng)的細(xì)微變化，并且將數(shù)據(jù)反饋至雙區(qū)加熱系統(tǒng)，對(duì)溫場(chǎng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)償，這樣，DLC技術(shù)可使溫場(chǎng)一致性不受負(fù)載多少的影響，保證溫場(chǎng)一致性。 根據(jù)歐盟EURAMET/cg-13 干體爐校準(zhǔn)規(guī)范，經(jīng)過(guò)了各項(xiàng)嚴(yán)格測(cè)試和對(duì)比，毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，基于DLC技術(shù)的RTC 已經(jīng)成為市場(chǎng)上性能表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的干體爐。  DLC的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì) 配備了DLC技術(shù)的RTC系列干體爐具備如下優(yōu)勢(shì)： 1. 同時(shí)校準(zhǔn)多支傳感器，消除溫度負(fù)載的影響 2. 校準(zhǔn)大尺寸探頭 3. 由于具備軸向溫場(chǎng)一致性，因而無(wú)需考慮溫度測(cè)量元件在溫度探頭中的具體位置和長(zhǎng)度 4. 在軸向的不同位置都有良好的精度，好比拿多個(gè)Pt100的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溫度探頭放在套管內(nèi)軸向的不同位置作為參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)，確保校準(zhǔn)的準(zhǔn)確度。 5. 在底部往上60mm區(qū)域內(nèi)輕松校準(zhǔn)各類(lèi)溫度探頭，無(wú)需考慮軸向溫場(chǎng)誤差。 6. 通過(guò)DLC探頭可以得知雙區(qū)加熱功能的工作正常與否 7. 確保干體爐工作在良好狀態(tài)：在干體爐穩(wěn)定時(shí)，DLC技術(shù)可使軸向溫場(chǎng)偏差縮小至接近0.00℃。 8. 用戶(hù)通過(guò)屏幕上的DLC和的溫度穩(wěn)定指示標(biāo)志，可確認(rèn)何時(shí)讀取準(zhǔn)確的校準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)。

The DLC compensates for the negative effect on calibration accuracy that heat exchange between a dry-block calibrator and the sensor-under-test creates. When a sensor is inserted into a dry-block calibrator, the sensor size (diameter and length) and the difference between calibration temperature and ambient temperature, create an axial gradient deviation inside the insert. Our temperature calibrators are already famous for their active dual-zone calibration principle, and the DLC takes this one step further, and now compensates inside the insert.
