Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Region Managers are responsible for managing the P&L of the assigned territories. The main goals include the delivery of financial targets(Sales, Margins, Cashflow), management of local Fisher employees and improvement of customer satisfaction. In addition, RMs are key members of China Management team and contribute to the formulation and execution of strategies and initiatives.
Education and Skill Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of Sales management experience
-Strong record of job performance
-Strong understanding of customer requirements, competition, and distribution in Laboratories
-Team players, fluent in English
-Positive altitude and willing to work hard
