Finance Manager based in Shanghai

Job Scope
To handle full set of subsidiary accounts
Preparation and submission of monthly financial reports to head office
Maintain fixed assets and inventory record
Prepare profit and loss budget and forecast
Prepare payroll and handle human resource function
Liaise with the local auditors, tax authority and banker
Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested

Requirement
Qualified accountant with minimum Degree or ACCA
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Knowledge of local regulations (tax, law and finance)
Must be able to converse fluently in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Able to work independently.
