風(fēng)機(jī)采用活塞環(huán)密封設(shè)計(jì)能夠滿足高轉(zhuǎn)速的要求，zui高轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá)3000rpm，所有與密封面接觸的軸端面都經(jīng)過(guò)拋光處理，以減少密封面的磨損，并降低其泄漏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。擺線式葉輪線性設(shè)計(jì)能夠輸送更高壓力的氣體，zui高壓力可達(dá)1.05bar（g)。齒輪材質(zhì)全部為熱處理后的合金鋼，分體式齒輪設(shè)計(jì)更便于安裝拆卸。另外特殊的殼體設(shè)計(jì)，即使在輸送高壓力氣體時(shí)也無(wú)需水冷。
