1 scope of application

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于交流額定電壓450/750V及以下動(dòng)力、日用電梯、儀器儀表及電信設(shè)備用的銅芯聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜（電線）的成品檢驗(yàn)。

This standard applies to the AC rated voltage 450/750V and the following power, daily lift, instruments and meters and ecommunications equipment used in copper conductor PVC insulated cables (wires) of the finished product inspection.

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于GB/T5023-2008中規(guī)定的型號(hào)和規(guī)格。

This standard applies to GB/T5023-2008 in the model and specification.

3 檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目

3 inspection items

3.1 固定布線用無護(hù)套電纜檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目見表1。

3.4 成品電纜標(biāo)志

成品電纜護(hù)套表面上應(yīng)有制造廠名、產(chǎn)品型號(hào)規(guī)格、額定電壓及相應(yīng)的強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)識(shí)的連續(xù)標(biāo)志，標(biāo)志應(yīng)字跡清楚，容易辨認(rèn)、耐擦，成品電纜的標(biāo)志應(yīng)符合GB6995.3的規(guī)定。

The surface of finished cable sheath should be the manufacturer name, product specifications, rated voltage and the corresponding mandatory labeling continuous mark, logo should be legible, identifiable, rub resistant, symbol of the finished cable shall comply with the provisions of GB6995.3.

4 檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則

4 inspection rules

4.1 產(chǎn)品由質(zhì)量管理處檢查合格后方能出廠，每個(gè)出廠包裝件上應(yīng)附有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證。

4.2 產(chǎn)品按第3條規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。

4.3 產(chǎn)品按以下試驗(yàn)頻度進(jìn)行抽樣試驗(yàn)。

4.3.1 結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸檢查應(yīng)在每批同一型號(hào)及規(guī)格中的一根制造長度電纜上進(jìn)行，其數(shù)量應(yīng)不超過交貨批長度數(shù)量的10%。

4.3.2 如果*次試驗(yàn)結(jié)果不符合第3條規(guī)定抽檢的任一項(xiàng)要求，應(yīng)在同一批電纜中再取雙倍試樣就不合格項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，仍不合格時(shí)，應(yīng)試驗(yàn)。

5 包裝

5 packaging

5.1 電纜應(yīng)妥善包裝在符合JB/T 8137規(guī)定要求的電纜盤上交貨。

5.3 每圈或每盤導(dǎo)線上應(yīng)附有標(biāo)簽標(biāo)明：
