華測絕緣油介質(zhì)損耗及電阻率測試儀HCJD-Ⅱ型
一、華測HCJD-Ⅱ型產(chǎn)品介紹:
HCJD-Ⅱ型絕緣油介質(zhì)損耗及電阻率測試儀 依據(jù)GB/T5654-2007《液體絕緣材料 相對(duì)電容率、介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)和直流電阻率的測量》設(shè)計(jì)制造。用于絕緣油等液體絕緣介質(zhì)的介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)和直流電阻率的測量。一體化結(jié)構(gòu)。內(nèi)部集成了介損油杯、溫控儀、溫度傳感器、介損測試電橋、交流試驗(yàn)電源、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電容器、高阻計(jì)、直流高壓源等主要部件。儀器內(nèi)部采用全數(shù)字技術(shù),全部智能自動(dòng)化測量,配備了大屏幕(240×128)液晶顯示器,全中文菜單,每一步驟都有中文提示,測試結(jié)果可以自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)并打印輸出,操作人員不需專業(yè)培訓(xùn)就能熟練使用。
二、華測HCJD-Ⅱ型主要功能及特點(diǎn)
(1)油杯采用符合國標(biāo)GB/T5654-2007的三電極式結(jié)構(gòu),極間間距2mm,可消除雜散電容及瀉漏對(duì)介損測試結(jié)果的影響。具有排油電磁開關(guān),可以在不拆卸油杯的情況下排空杯中試樣油,并可用試樣油沖洗油杯。
(2)儀器采用中頻感應(yīng)加熱,PID控溫算法。該加熱方式具備油杯與加熱體非接觸、加熱均勻、速度快、控制方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),使溫度嚴(yán)格控制在預(yù)設(shè)溫度誤差范圍以內(nèi)。
(3)內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電容器為SF6 充氣三點(diǎn)極式電容,該電容的介損及電容量不受環(huán)境溫度、濕度等影響,使儀器精度在長時(shí)間使用后仍然得到保證。
(4)交流試驗(yàn)電源采用AC-DC-AC 轉(zhuǎn)換方式,有效避免市電電壓及頻率波動(dòng)對(duì)介損測試準(zhǔn)確性影響,即便是發(fā)電機(jī)發(fā)電,該儀器也能正確運(yùn)行。
(5)完善的保護(hù)功能。當(dāng)有過壓、過流、高壓短路時(shí),儀器能迅速切斷高壓,并發(fā)出警告信息。當(dāng)溫度傳感器失效或沒有連接時(shí),發(fā)出警告信息。
