每個CG系列光譜儀都有一個5 微米入射狹縫,的HC-1復(fù)合光柵和消除高階衍射濾光片,提供了200-1100 nm寬波長范圍和*的光學(xué)分辨率:HR4000CG是0.7 nm FWHM,而HR2000+CG和HR2000CG是1.0 nm。HR4000CG帶3648像素線陣列CCD探測器,不僅提供良好的波長范圍200-1100 nm,在這個波段內(nèi)也具有*的靈敏度。HR2000+CG和HR2000CG采用的是2048像素探測器。CG系列光譜儀使用高性能的光學(xué)平臺和UV探測器,提升了在UV中的光譜儀的性能。
復(fù)合光柵和消除高階衍射濾光片
所有的CG系列光譜儀使用HC-1光柵--一種革命性的復(fù)合光柵,提供光譜輸出范圍200-1100 nm。(見右側(cè)的HC-1光柵效率曲線)。除了這種復(fù)合光柵外,每個CG系列光譜儀有一個OFLV消除高階衍射濾光片以消除二級和三級衍射的影響。光柵和OFLV濾光片在制造時安裝并固定在某處。
每秒1000全光譜掃描
HR2000+CG是CG系列光譜儀中僅有的允許將每秒俘獲和存儲全光譜掃描存入內(nèi)存(當(dāng)光譜儀通過USB2.0端口與PC相連時)。HR2000+CG在需要對監(jiān)控快速響應(yīng)和高分辨率要求中應(yīng)用是很理想的。這種創(chuàng)新組合也創(chuàng)造了我們zui快的光譜儀-每毫秒一次掃描。
可編程微控制器
HR4000CG和HR2000+CG有一個可隨身攜帶的可編程微控制器,提供對光譜儀和附件的靈活控制。通過使用一種新的30PIT連接器,你可在軟件中執(zhí)行許多操作參數(shù),包括控制外光源和從外部目標(biāo)找回數(shù)據(jù)。有10個可編程數(shù)據(jù)I/O接口以與其它設(shè)備相連;一個模擬輸入和一個模擬輸出;一個脈沖發(fā)生器以觸發(fā)設(shè)備。HR2000CG不包括I/O,模擬通道或脈沖發(fā)生器
