進(jìn)口分步直動(dòng)式電磁閥工作原理:
常閉：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，電磁力先打開先導(dǎo)孔，主閥活塞上腔壓力下降，從而利用壓差和電磁力吸動(dòng)先導(dǎo)閥芯連動(dòng)主活塞，電磁閥打開。 當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，靠彈簧復(fù)位關(guān)閉先導(dǎo)孔，主活塞上腔增壓，推動(dòng)主活塞向下移動(dòng)，電磁閥關(guān)閉。
常開：常開與常閉相反。
注：出口端壓力大于進(jìn)口端壓力時(shí)，介質(zhì)會(huì)反向?qū)ā？砂惭b止回閥或訂制帶止回功能的電磁閥。
Import stepped direct-acting solenoid valve working principle:
Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force to open the pilot hole, the main valve piston chamber pressure drops, thus the use of pressure and electromagnetic force sucking the pilot valve core linking the main piston, the electromagnetic valve is opened. When the coil power, by the reset spring close the pilot hole, the main piston cavity pressure, promote the main piston moves down, the electromagnetic valve is closed.
Normally open: normally open and normally closed instead.
Note: outlet pressure is greater than the inlet pressure, the medium will reverse
conduction. Electromagnetic valve check valve can be installed or ordered with non-return function.
