MiniSlot迷你轉(zhuǎn)漬槽
MiniSlot 迷你轉(zhuǎn)漬槽是由 Immunetics 公司所開發(fā)設(shè)計的特殊轉(zhuǎn)漬裝置，具有水平式的凹槽設(shè)計，結(jié)合垂直式凹槽設(shè)計的 Miniblotter ，可組合成棋盤格式 （checkbord） 測試平臺以快速進行 DNA hybridization 或 Antibody screening 實驗。
如同文獻 Biotechniques. 1994 Oct;17（4）:788-92. 上所記載的，由 MiniSlot 與 Miniblotter 所組成的棋盤格式測試平臺可讓研究者在同一張轉(zhuǎn)漬濾膜上同時進行多達 1,350 個獨立的雜交或抗原抗體反應；與 ELISA 及 Dot Blot 相比，棋盤格式測試平臺具有下列優(yōu)點：（1）. High throughput，可同時進行數(shù)百種以上的獨立反應﹔ （2）. 所需的試劑量較少﹔ （3）. 減少分注次數(shù)。

Checkboard 操作流程：
利用 MiniSlot 和真空抽氣裝置將 DNA 或 Antigen 固定在轉(zhuǎn)漬濾膜上，如此在濾膜上即會形成許多平行且等寬的DNA 或 Antigen 線條。
將上述轉(zhuǎn)漬濾膜放置在 Miniblotter 中 （轉(zhuǎn)漬膜上的線條方向與 Miniblotter 的凹槽垂直），接著在不同的凹槽內(nèi)分別注入待測的 Probe 或 Antibody 進行培養(yǎng)反應，如此即可同時篩選多種 Probe 或 Antibody。
