鄂式閘門適用于堆比重≤ 2.5t/m 3 的各類礦石、煤炭、焦炭、灰渣、化工產(chǎn)品等散狀物料,廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、冶金、化工、玻璃等行業(yè)的倉底卸料。
The valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, chemical and glass industries etc to discharge at the bottom of storage. It is suitable for loosing material whose conglomeration specific gravity is less than 2.5t/m 3 such as all kinds of ore, coal, coke, dust slag and chemical product.

鄂式閘門采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼焊接成形,結(jié)構(gòu),運行靈活可靠,無卡阻現(xiàn)象。配用不同的傳動裝置能滿足不同的工況需要。電動鄂式閘門采用帶有超載保護裝置的電動推桿,可避免燒壞電機,可以遠距離操縱或程序控制,往復(fù)行程可以精確調(diào)節(jié)位置自鎖。電液動鄂式閘門采用電液推桿,全液壓傳動,推拉力均可實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速。氣動鄂式閘門采用氣動推桿,通過配件組合可以遠距離操縱或現(xiàn)場控制。 SEF為手動,DEF為電動,YEF為電液動,QEF為氣動。
The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of peculiar structure, non-obstruction, reliable and flexible operation. It can meet different working condition equipped with different transmission devices. The electric draw stem is equipped with overload protector, which can avoid damage of motor. Program or remote handling can control the electric jaw valve. Reciprocating stroke can adjust position self-locking precisely. The electric hydraulic jaw valve adopts electric hydraulic draw stem and full hydraulic transmission. Thrust and pull can realize stepless velocity modulation. Pneumatic jaw valve adopts pneumatic draw stem and it can control remotely or in local equipped with fittings grouping. SEF denotes manual, DEF denotes electric, YEF denotes electric hydraulic and QEF denotes pneumatic driving.

工作原理:
Working principle
鄂式閘門由本體、扇形閘板、軸、齒輪、密封副、執(zhí)行機構(gòu)等部件構(gòu)成。手動或執(zhí)行機構(gòu)推動搖桿,使齒輪帶動扇形閘板沿軸心旋轉(zhuǎn),使兩個扇形閘板向兩邊開啟,物料隨即下落,待接料裝置滿載后,再由執(zhí)行機構(gòu)帶動搖桿,使扇形閘板復(fù)位,關(guān)閉截斷下落的物料。
The valve is made up of body, sector gate, axle, gear, sealing pairs and actuator etc. when the rocker is driven by hand or the actuator device, it will drive the gear to make the sector gate rotate and open, then material drop. When the loader is full, the actuator will drive the rocker to replace the sector gate, and then the falling material will be cut off.
使用說明:
Usage explanation
安裝時請注意閘門本體上標(biāo)明介質(zhì)流向。兩法蘭連接時必需加密封墊片,然后均勻鎖緊螺栓。
運行時請辨清扇形閘板開關(guān)方向,執(zhí)行機構(gòu)請正確接線。
運行時請定期給各傳動部位加潤滑油。
Pay attention to the flow direction of medium marked on the body. Add the sealed shim between the two flanges and then screw down the bolt.
Pay attention to the open-close direction of the gate when operate. The actuator must be wired exactly.
Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly as it runs.
