RDL型變功率電熱帶,其工作原理,產(chǎn)品結構及應用場合與RDP2-J3,RDP3-J3型恒功率電熱帶相同,所不同的是其絕緣材料采用了耐溫高于F46的PFA氟塑料,發(fā)熱絲采用具有自控溫特性的材料,所以它具有正溫度特性,即其輸出功率隨介質溫度的升高而降低,其流體維持溫度可達180-250℃,該產(chǎn)品可用于二廠一區(qū),二區(qū)爆炸氣體混合物T3組場所。
Model RDL variable watt heating cable works in the same way as Model RDP2-J3 and RDP3-J3 , except that its insulation is PFA fluroplastic which endures higher temperature than F46 , and the heating fiber is automatic in temperature control . the output watt reduces when the temperature is going up . The liquid temperature is kept at 180-250℃ . That cable is applicable in the area 1 and area 2 where there is explosive gas mixture T3 .
