 c2c12細(xì)胞-小鼠成肌細(xì)胞  細(xì)胞株是YaffeD,SaxelO建立的小鼠成肌細(xì)胞系的亞株。該細(xì)胞分化較快，可形成能收縮的微管，產(chǎn)生特異的肌肉蛋白。在骨形態(tài)形成蛋白（BMP-2）的作用下，  c2c12細(xì)胞可由成肌細(xì)胞分化為成骨細(xì)胞。
