GS-RECT整流穩(wěn)壓模塊，自主創(chuàng)新設(shè)計，寬電壓輸入，高穩(wěn)定低紋波直流電輸出；內(nèi)置多重保護電路，過壓保護功能確保在泥漿高排量下電子模塊不受損，短路保護功能在功能側(cè)短路時自動中斷供電保護整個電路安全，欠壓保護功能用于防止在電壓過低的情況下功能側(cè)模塊出現(xiàn)非穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)；詳盡記錄運行狀態(tài)，包括電壓、電流、震動、溫度等參數(shù)，為整系統(tǒng)診斷提供詳細的分析數(shù)據(jù)；模塊可定制，快捷構(gòu)建不同功率的整流穩(wěn)壓模塊。
GS-RECT rectification and voltage regulation module is designed for a stable voltage supply of the downhole turbine alternator, which converts the three-phase AC current to a stable DC current. It can be programmed to effectively control the output of DC voltage. With several built-in protection circuits, the electronic parts are protected from being damaged accordingly. Through real-time monitoring of the operation status, it could provide reliable reference data for fault diagnosis. Moreover, the application of an efficient heat dissipation technology ensures a stable power supply of the turbine generator in high temperature working environment.
