滅弧技術(shù)原理
HD4斷路器利用(SF6)氣體作為滅弧和絕緣介質(zhì),氣體的熱膨脹性、負(fù)電性以及快速的復(fù)合作用使其成為滅弧的理想介質(zhì)。HD4斷路器是基于熱膨脹和壓氣助吹相結(jié)合的滅弧原理,該技術(shù)早已在高壓開關(guān)領(lǐng)域中廣泛成熟的應(yīng)用。其具有非常平滑的開斷特性,在開斷電流時(shí)不會(huì)出現(xiàn)截流現(xiàn)象,因此不會(huì)產(chǎn)生操作過電壓。優(yōu)良的特性確保了HD4斷路器具有很長(zhǎng)的電氣壽命,并且避免對(duì)運(yùn)行中的負(fù)載設(shè)備造成沖擊。
11 儲(chǔ)能電機(jī)(-MS)
儲(chǔ)能電機(jī)能對(duì)斷路器操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的合閘彈簧自動(dòng)進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)能操作。當(dāng)斷路器合閘完成后,儲(chǔ)能電機(jī)立即自動(dòng)對(duì)合閘彈簧進(jìn)行重新儲(chǔ)能。在失電或是檢修時(shí),合閘彈簧可被手動(dòng)儲(chǔ)能(通過操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)置的儲(chǔ)能手柄)。

4 并聯(lián)合閘脫扣器(-MC)
可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)方控制斷路器合閘。此脫扣器交直流電源通用操作。可由脈沖或持續(xù)命令觸發(fā)。當(dāng)命令為脈沖形式時(shí),*短脈沖電流持續(xù)時(shí)間應(yīng)不小于100 ms。合閘脫扣器的電氣和操作特性與并聯(lián)分閘脫扣器MO1相同。
5 欠壓脫扣器(-MU)
當(dāng)電壓過低或消失時(shí),欠壓脫扣器釋放使斷路器分閘。通過一個(gè)常閉的按鈕,欠壓脫扣器可用于遠(yuǎn)方脫扣以
控制二次電源的電壓,或通過其機(jī)械閉鎖功能防止在二次電源未施加的情況下合閘斷路器。
斷路器僅在欠壓脫扣器上電的情況下才能被合閘(機(jī)械合閘閉鎖)。欠壓脫扣器可交直流通用操作。欠壓脫扣器通常與電氣延時(shí)裝置(-KT)配合使用,可防止在二次電源很短時(shí)間的暫時(shí)性下降或失電的情況下斷路器誤分閘。
13 分合閘按鈕保護(hù)蓋此保護(hù)使得分合閘按鈕只能通過一個(gè)特殊的工具操作。
14 分合閘按鈕掛鎖分合閘按鈕可通過此裝置加上掛鎖,將斷路器閉鎖在分閘位置,掛鎖數(shù)量*多達(dá)三把(額鎖不提供),掛鎖孔直徑?4 mm。
15 分閘位置圓鎖斷路器在分閘位置可被此特殊的圓鎖閉鎖。此圓鎖可配不同的鑰匙(為單臺(tái)斷路器),或相同的鑰匙(為多臺(tái)斷路器)。

海拔高度
空氣的絕緣性能隨著海拔的升高而下降,因此在海拔條件下使用時(shí)必須考慮到此現(xiàn)象對(duì)開關(guān)外絕緣的影響,滅弧室內(nèi)部的絕緣不會(huì)受到任何影響,因?yàn)槠浣^緣能力是由SF6氣體保證的。如果開關(guān)柜安裝在1000 m海拔以上的地區(qū),在絕緣部件的設(shè)計(jì)階段應(yīng)該考慮到海拔高度的影響。
