目前鋼鐵行業(yè)冶煉過程中,旋流井、沖渣池普遍使用的WFB無密封自吸泵或長軸液下泵,運行效率低(普遍只達到50%)、耗能高、汽蝕嚴重、維修頻繁、零配件不通用;后期市場推廣的,帶真空裝置的高效自吸泵,由于采用機械密封,對于介質(zhì)中含有大量氧化鐵皮顆粒、油污,機械密封容易磨損,導致泄漏,所配套真空裝置無法上水,危及旋流井安全運行。針對這些老式自吸泵的缺陷,我公司與相關(guān)科研院校合作,經(jīng)過多年研發(fā),終于成功開發(fā)出高效無密封自吸泵。
