LUYOR-3480微孔板細(xì)胞輻照儀是用于體外光遺傳(In Vitro Optogenetics)研究的一款LED輻照光源,是一款體外細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)光遺傳刺激系統(tǒng)。體內(nèi)光遺傳學(xué)已成為研究小鼠、大鼠和其他動(dòng)物神經(jīng)回路的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)。但隨著光激活蛋白和其他光反應(yīng)工具數(shù)量的增加,該技術(shù)現(xiàn)在經(jīng)常用于多孔板和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)皿中,用于組織培養(yǎng)、細(xì)菌、斑馬魚、幼蟲和其他研究模型的研究。LUYOR-3480微孔板細(xì)胞輻照儀可以提供理想的輻照波長和光強(qiáng)度、輻照時(shí)間可以控制,輻照儀的光源能夠放置到細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)箱長時(shí)間工作。

Optogenetics
In-vivo optogenetics has become a standard technique for studying neural circuits in behaving mice, rats, and other animals. But as the number of light-activated proteins and other photoreactive tools has increased, this technology is now used frequently in multi-well plates and cell culture dishes for studies in tissue culture, bacteria, zebrafish, larvae, and other research models.
For these purposes, illumination systems need to be programmable to deliver pulses of light with the correct intensity, timing, and duration. They also need to be incubator compatible. Our LUYOR-3480 series of well plate illuminators were designed to fill this role.
