有客戶講到：三只稱重壓力傳感器并聯(lián)應(yīng)用，之前全是把三個(gè)傳感器線并聯(lián)擰一塊應(yīng)用，如今廠買的傳感器還帶一個(gè)接線盒，這一接線盒起什么作用，要如何接線？不用可不可以啊？
對于以上問題分析如下所示：應(yīng)用3只多軸輪輻式稱重傳感器的機(jī)器設(shè)備應(yīng)該是體現(xiàn)釜之類的器皿，扭矩荷載傳感器接線盒的首要功能是歸納數(shù)據(jù)信號和調(diào)節(jié)角差，假如不用接線盒得話，數(shù)據(jù)信號可以正常的接受，但作為多傳感器系統(tǒng)軟件，每一個(gè)傳感器的導(dǎo)出很有可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些差別，這就可以根據(jù)接線盒內(nèi)的可變電阻開展調(diào)節(jié)使之做到平衡狀態(tài)。實(shí)際的接線方式需看您配用的傳感器和接線盒的生產(chǎn)廠家來算。傳感器有4芯和6芯之分，接線盒也是有多孔結(jié)構(gòu)的。
