N1021B探頭套件描述

N1021B 是一款符合人體工程學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的手持式探頭，可以將 TDR/TDT 模塊（例如 54754A）連接到缺少通用同軸高頻連接器的印刷電路板（PCB）和器件。內(nèi)置的旋輪可以調(diào)節(jié)差分探針之間的間距，使之能夠良好地接觸焊盤或接入點(diǎn)。這些接入點(diǎn)的間距從非常窄（0.5 mm）到典型 IC 引腳間距（2.54 mm）不等。

工作涉及高速差分電子通道的工程師能夠分析被測(cè)件引起反射、對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的信號(hào)完整性（SI）產(chǎn)生不利影響的位置。印刷電路板（PCB）制造商能夠控制每批產(chǎn)品的工藝一致性，確定短路、開路或其他缺陷的位置。

N1021B 探頭可與以下器件結(jié)合使用：a) 工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 86100C Infiniium DCA-J 寬帶示波器主機(jī)；b) 86100C-202 增強(qiáng)型阻抗和 S 參數(shù)軟件；c) 54754A 差分和單端 TDR-TDT 模塊。N1021B 探頭給被測(cè)件（DUT）施加小電子步進(jìn)信號(hào)，并接收其響應(yīng)。響應(yīng)將在時(shí)域中進(jìn)行處理和顯示，或作為 S 參數(shù)（SDD11、SDD22、SDD21 或 SDD22）進(jìn)行處理和顯示。時(shí)域測(cè)量可以顯示反射的電壓或觀察到的阻抗隨時(shí)間或距離的變化。S 參數(shù)測(cè)量包括幅度、相位和群延遲。
