Keysight E5262A and E5263A 2-channel IV analyzers are low-cost current-voltage characterization solutions. E5262A and E5263A support dual channel SMU (power supply/monitoring unit), capable of performing voltage/current supply and voltage/current measurements, with excellent measurement performance for currents up to a minimum of 5 pA. The EasyEXPERT group+ characterization software for the graphical user interface can be installed on your PC to support all tasks required in the characterization, such as measurement setup and data analysis. The combination of SMU and GUI characterization software with universal measurement capabilities makes E5262A and E5263A ideal solutions for characterizing and testing dual - or triple-terminal devices (such as materials and active/passive components) with superior measurement reliability and efficiency.
