Polytector II G750
Flexible by means of integrated pump
The Polytector II G750 is a robust and flexible gas detector and detects up to 6 different gases simultaneously. The multi-gas detector is based on modules, which makes it usable for all hazardous areas.
Measurable gases
The most common sensors detect combustible and toxic gases and oxygen. The intelligent „Smart Sensor System“ allows an individual configuration of additional sensors.
Example for sensor configuration
- CO2 0-5 %Vol.
- H2S 0-100 ppm
- CO 0-500 ppm
- O2 0-25 %Vol.
- CH4 0-99% LEL
- CH4 0-99%Vol.
CO2 – reliable infrared measurement
For increasing the user’s safety, the Polytector II G750 detects carbon dioxide by means of a selective infrared sensor (NDIR). This sensor provides long-term stable detection values. Unlike electrochemical sensors, IR technology is not subject to cross sensitivity from toxic hydrogen sulphide.
Designed for daily use
The Polytector II G750 detects combustible gases (methane) up to 99% LEL and %Vol.. By pressing only one button the detection range is changed from monitoring LEL to %Vol. The easy and simple use combined with longlife technology in a compact enclosure meets all requirements for harsh environments.
Compact and safe
The gas enters via diffusion or electrical sampling pump. For permanent monitoring of gas hazards the Polytector II G750 is operated in diffusion mode. Before entering manholes, sewers and containers gas samples can be taken by means of the built-in pump. The high-capacity NiMH battery pack provides an operational time of up to 20 hours in diffusion mode (depending on the number of sensors and pump interval). All gas concentrations are displayed on the large graphic display. The zoom function shows every value in large figures. The display illumination provides clear readings.
