光學(xué)儀器：
投影儀、影像測(cè)量?jī)x、三坐標(biāo)、工具顯微鏡、端度測(cè)長(zhǎng)儀、硬度計(jì)、膜厚記、色差儀等實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備，以上設(shè)備均符合GB，ISO,ASTM NACE MIL-STD , JIS, UL等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
