易于集成
XG 1700 具備多個控制和指示信號,如關(guān)斷、恒定電壓(CV)與恒定電流(CC)模式指示、OVP、OCP 和 OTP 等。用戶可以任意選擇邏輯高低電平。因此,用戶無需太多系統(tǒng)工程知識就能用 XG 1700 替代現(xiàn)有電源
可任意選擇模擬控制范圍
多數(shù)直流電源都提供 0~5 V 或 0~10 V 模擬輸入,對應(yīng)控制 0 到滿量程直流輸出。而 XG 1700 模擬輸入的范圍則可在 0 V 到 2 V~10 V 之間任意選擇。換句話說,模擬編程接口范圍是可任意調(diào)節(jié)的。
帶控制的輔助直流輸出通道
許多 ATE 系統(tǒng)需要一個或多個低功率固定電壓電源來為其機柜內(nèi)的各種外設(shè)供電。為此,XG 1700 提供兩路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輔助直流輸出通道。兩路輔助電源通道均可直接通過前面板或 SCPI 命令進行控制。 些通道可以實現(xiàn)直接驅(qū)動輸出(關(guān)斷或使繼電器極性反向),而無需使用復(fù)雜的微機控制繼電器板。
通過內(nèi)置序列功能輸出直流波形
為了實現(xiàn)快速編程,用戶可以使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn) SCPI 命令通過 USB、RS-232/485、LXI 或 GPIB 將序列編程并存儲到存儲器中。
風(fēng)扇速度控制
XG 1700 通過基于內(nèi)部散熱器的溫度來控制風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)速的全新方案。在電源向外輸出脈動電能時就會將風(fēng)扇調(diào)節(jié)到恒定轉(zhuǎn)速。如此就能降低風(fēng)扇噪聲并延長其壽命。
省電待機模式
當(dāng)處于閑置狀態(tài)時,XG 1700 就會如同電腦顯示器那樣進入“休眠模式”。 由此就能減少能耗和并將噪聲減到。由于在休眠模式下 XG 1700 電源還處于開啟狀態(tài),用戶可以更快地激活輸出。
輸出自動啟動模式(自動重啟)
在電源從一個完整上電周期(前面板 LED 全滅)或計算機故障或重啟中恢復(fù)后,自啟動模式可以建立電源的輸出狀態(tài)。在此模式下,電源輸出會恢復(fù)到先前的設(shè)置值。此外,當(dāng)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)字控制丟失時,XG 電源會保持上次編程的設(shè)定而不會中斷任何測試過程。
輔助自動啟動模式
輔助輸出自啟動模式可檢測完整上電周期(前面板 LED 未全滅)后的輔助輸出狀態(tài)。在此模式下,輔助輸出會在電源再次開機后激活。
折返模式
折返模式用于在操作模式轉(zhuǎn)換時關(guān)閉輸出。當(dāng)電源切換到恒壓或恒流模式時,電源會根據(jù)折返模式設(shè)定的延遲關(guān)閉/禁用輸出,使電源鎖定在折返模式。這一特性特別適用于保護對電壓或電流敏感的負(fù)載。對折返模式可以設(shè)置為在從恒壓切換到恒流或從恒流切換到恒壓模式時觸發(fā)開關(guān)。
