概述
DLD/DLM系列固體流量計(jì)是我公司生產(chǎn)的具有*水平的連續(xù)稱重給料設(shè)備,適用于測(cè)定自由流動(dòng)的散料流量,特別適合于物料流程密閉、空間受限制或由于溫度因素等其他同類產(chǎn)品不能適應(yīng)的場(chǎng)合。它具有精度高、長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定性好、可靠性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),尤其可以在惡劣的環(huán)境下正常工作運(yùn)行。
應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域
主要應(yīng)用于水泥行業(yè)中的生料入窯、粉煤灰添加、水泥回粉等粉料的計(jì)量和喂料控制。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的DLD/DLM 固體流量計(jì)包括:

傳感器安裝在秤體外,因此系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)用戶的需要測(cè)量溫度高達(dá)100度的物料。

我公司推薦的經(jīng)濟(jì)型入窯生料計(jì)量控制系統(tǒng)由倉(cāng)稱重系統(tǒng)、流量調(diào)節(jié)閥、空氣輸送斜槽和DLD固體流量計(jì)等組成。固體流量計(jì)主要用于對(duì)散粒狀物料進(jìn)行自動(dòng)連續(xù)計(jì)量,適用于較大瞬時(shí)流量物料的計(jì)量和控制,與生料計(jì)量倉(cāng)和倉(cāng)出口的流量控制閥配合使用,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生料入窯系統(tǒng)的計(jì)量喂料。
在輸送物料過(guò)程中,因?yàn)楣腆w流量計(jì)沒(méi)有轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件,具有免維護(hù),密封性好,無(wú)噪音,操作安全可靠,耗電少,改變輸送方向方便,是目前水泥工業(yè)窯喂料系統(tǒng)采用最多的配置方案。安裝有高精度荷重傳感器的生料穩(wěn)流倉(cāng)可起到穩(wěn)定喂料的作用,同時(shí)通過(guò)我公司的FIP403儀表及內(nèi)置在線標(biāo)定程序,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)靜態(tài)倉(cāng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)秤的量程進(jìn)行實(shí)物在線校正。
The continuous and reliable recording of material streams:
The DLD/DLM is a compact in-line measurement system for the continuous recording of bulk solid streams using non-impact force measurement. The material stream is “gently” deflected via an in-line measuring chute. The system ensures that impact factors, which vary depending on the bulk solids, are not incorporated into the results.
DLD/DLM therefore generates better reproducible data to ensure product quality.
