功率和能量計(jì)表頭,用于光電二極管功率和熱釋電能量探頭

PM103系列表頭兼容我們所有的C系列光電二極管功率和熱釋電能量探頭。我們標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的光電二極管、chao薄光電二極管、積分球和光纖探頭總共可以測(cè)量從100 pW到20 W的光功率。另外,也可以使用 zui 大 光電流10 mA、不帶放大且陽(yáng)極或陰極接地的光電二極管。熱釋電能量探頭可以測(cè)量從10 µJ到15 J的能量。也可以使用電壓輸出從20 mV到200 V的能量探頭。雖然所有接口都可通過(guò)迷你U,S,B接口由PC進(jìn)行操作和供電,但有些表頭還有其他功能,如UART或RS232接口和模擬輸出(請(qǐng)見(jiàn)右表)。帶模擬輸出的型號(hào)可以在連接電源時(shí)自動(dòng)運(yùn)行,無(wú)需額外的控制設(shè)備。所有表頭都包含可以重啟系統(tǒng)的重置按鈕。

每個(gè)表頭中的非易失性存儲(chǔ)器在關(guān)閉或重啟設(shè)備時(shí)會(huì)保留用戶的波長(zhǎng)設(shè)置、靈敏度范圍和輸出配置,適合長(zhǎng)時(shí)間重復(fù)測(cè)量。100 kS/s的快速讀取速率可以在使用表頭的同時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)有源信號(hào)。對(duì)于 jing 確 測(cè)量,與只有4個(gè)電壓范圍和6個(gè)電流范圍的PM100U,S,B相比,這些表頭還有從20 mV到200 V的13個(gè)電壓測(cè)量范圍以及從2 nA到10 mA的21個(gè)電流測(cè)量范圍(見(jiàn)規(guī)格標(biāo)簽)。

PM103有2個(gè)可配置的通用數(shù)字接口DIO1(DA-15 Pin 2)和DIO2(DA-15 Pin 3)。類似地,PM103A有1個(gè)帶SMA接頭的輔助數(shù)字接口DIO1。以100 kS/s模式讀出數(shù)據(jù)時(shí),可以將DIO1接口配置為觸發(fā)輸出或輸出。DIO2還可配置為pass/fail標(biāo)志,并通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程控制命令查詢。
