本裝置與船用生活污水處理裝置配套使用，用于對(duì)廚房灰水的處理，可撇去廚房灰水中的油脂，經(jīng)過除油后的廚房灰水，重力自流進(jìn)船用生活污水處理裝置進(jìn)行生化處理。
The device is used in conjunction with the Marine sewage treatment device for the treatment of kitchen grey water. The grease in kitchen grey water can be skimmed, and the kitchen grey water after oil removal will gravity self-flow into the Marine sewage treatment device for biochemical treatment.

本裝置利用油與水的密度的不同，在停留時(shí)間適當(dāng)?shù)那闆r下， 使油與水沉淀分離，從而達(dá)到撇油的目的。
裝置分三個(gè)腔室，廚房灰水首***入裝置***個(gè)腔室，在此 腔室內(nèi)灰水入口處有
形擋板，***降低了水的流速和含油污水的攪動(dòng)。在***個(gè)腔室內(nèi)停留一定時(shí)間后，油脂將上浮， 分離后的水進(jìn)入***個(gè)腔室。當(dāng)繼續(xù)有灰水進(jìn)入時(shí)，使***個(gè) 腔室內(nèi)的水進(jìn)入第三個(gè)腔室，油脂將保留在***、二腔室上部， 分離后的水從灰水排放水口處排出。
The device is divided into three chambers. The kitchen grey water enters the first chamber of the device first. There is a shaped baffle at the entrance of the grey water in this chamber, which effectively reduces the flow rate of water and the agitation of oily sewage. After a certain amount of time in the first chamber, the oil will float up and the separated water will enter the second chamber. When the grey water continues to enter, the water in the second chamber enters the third chamber, the grease will be retained in the upper part of the first and second chambers, and the separated water will be discharged from the grey water discharge mouth.
