板牙工具 Threading Tool

板牙工具可手動(dòng)制作鋼管的左旋螺紋，是超高壓管件加工的工具。

• Claming fixed block of coning tool（horizontal or vertical installation）.
把CT工具上的固定塊固定（水平或者垂直安裝）。
• Loosen the tighten glａnd nut , and remove the handle together.
把旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母松開和手柄一起拿掉。
• The pipe cone inserts into the chuck outward , and lock the gland（As shown in the following figure）.
松開螺母，把鋼管錐面朝外插進(jìn)夾頭里面鎖緊螺母（如下圖所示）。
• In the observation hole drops into the cutting oil , to maintain lubricating on blade teeth.
在板牙工具上的觀察孔上滴進(jìn)切削油，使牙刃上保持潤滑。
• Hold the handle with both hands , the threading hole pressing to trap the cone end , in a counter clockwise rotating forcibly tools , turn back after each turn 1～2 rounds , chip cutting discharge , then turned into , according to the required length of the left-hａnd thread cutting out , finally inversion tools completely out.
雙手握住手柄，把板牙孔壓緊套住管錐端，逆時(shí)針用力轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)工具， 每轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)1～2轉(zhuǎn)就要退轉(zhuǎn)，使切削屑排出，再進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)，根據(jù)所需長度把左旋螺紋切削出來，最后反轉(zhuǎn)工具*退出，板牙完成。
