該系列是一種采用多彈簧結構,重量輕、體積小、性能高、輸出力大的氣動薄膜式角行程執(zhí)行機構。其工作原理為:由調節(jié)儀表來的電或氣信號經定位器轉換而成的氣壓被輸入到膜室內,作用于膜片上產生推力,使推桿移動,同時壓縮彈簧直至和彈簧的反作用力相平衡,推桿的直線運動經曲柄機構轉換成角行程輸出,使輸出軸轉動到預定的位置。
該系列執(zhí)行機構與定位器配合使用可實現(xiàn)高精度的位置控制。
This Series features high performance, high power diaphragm actuators of a multi-spring type that are compact and light. With a positioner that receives pneumatic or electric signals, air-pressure is exerted on the diaphragm. Balancing the force of the air-pressured diaphragm and the force of the compressed spring creates a linear motion output. The scotch-yoke system converts the output to a rotating force and provides positioning to a required angle.
This Series is designed to function with a positioner except in on-off control.
