、概況：
SZ-Ⅱ自動純水蒸餾器主要用于化學(xué)工業(yè)、醫(yī)藥工業(yè)、生物化學(xué)、科研單位實驗室自制蒸餾水之用，主要材料由玻璃制成，在制作蒸餾水過程中不與任何金屬接觸，加熱器采用石英玻璃。在次、次、三次蒸餾過程中，均有過熱、缺水、斷電保護裝置，從而達到全自動蒸餾功能。
、SZ-Ⅱ自動純水蒸餾器使用說明：
在儀器使用前，先檢查儀器各部件，電源部分電路連接是否正確，試驗結(jié)束后，請切斷電源，以確保安全。
（1）把各橫式燒瓶和冷凝管及水位器、磨口外套磁性浮子，蒸水接頭和導(dǎo)管安裝好，擰緊各自的緊定螺絲，把橡膠管及墊片套在石英加熱管分別插入模式蒸餾中，擰緊螺母，把加熱管電源線插入儀器標(biāo)志的插座中。把溫度控制器冷凝管安在外瓶中間，把干簧管插入導(dǎo)管中。
（2）SZ-Ⅲ自動純水蒸餾器，先打開自來水注水，直到多余的水從初蒸餾的水位器溢出口流出，這時橫式蒸餾瓶中水位到半度后，（上面）按C“開關(guān)”指示燈亮，儀器（中間）B半水位度后，按B指示燈亮，如不亮，反復(fù)校準(zhǔn)調(diào)正干簧管位置，儀器進入次蒸餾；純水進入三次蒸餾的橫式燒瓶中（下面）半水位度后，按A開關(guān)，指示燈亮，這時三次蒸餾開始，以后隨著水位低變化可進入正常自動蒸餾狀態(tài)。

（4）在操作過程中，調(diào)準(zhǔn)干簧管和磁性浮子的配合位置應(yīng)以水位降低能自動切斷電源為準(zhǔn)，從而達到自動控制水位的目的，應(yīng)反復(fù)校準(zhǔn)干簧斷電器的靈敏度。
（5）SZ-Ⅱ自動純水蒸餾器保養(yǎng)
在蒸餾段時間水垢就積聚在橫式燒瓶內(nèi)及石英加熱管表面上，需要進行清洗，但不需要拆下皮管。必須切斷電源后加入小量濃鹽酸，與瓶內(nèi)的水稀釋成鹽酸。數(shù)分鐘后，由水位器放出，用自來水沖洗數(shù)次，直到潔凈為止。
