思博倫GSS6425 GNSS模擬信號發(fā)生器
思博倫 Spirent’s next-generation Record and Playback system (RPS) simplifies, accelerates and enhances the field testing of Multi-GNSS receivers and devices, and integrated, hybrid positioning systems.
概要
The GSS6425 is a highly portable system for recording live GPS L1/L2/L5, GLONASS L1/L2/L3, Beidou-2 B1/B2/B3, Galileo E1/E5 , QZSS L1/L2/L5 and SBAS signals in the field—for repeated replay in the lab.
Building on our success with GSS6400 RPS system, GSS6425 with its new architecture and design packs even more powerful features—including more channels, increased bandwidth and up to 2TB of data storage.
Repeatable Testing with the Latest Real-World Signals
Field testing is a crucial stage in the development of any GNSS-enabled technology. Testing with live signals is slow, expensive and limited since the ever-changing nature of the natural radio-frequency (RF) environment makes it impossible to run exactly the same test twice.
The Spirent GSS6425 RPS quickly and simply records complex real-world RF environments, capturing both GNSS signals and atmospheric/interference effects. These environments can then be replayed repeatedly to the hardware or software under test:
- Enabling rigorous, comparative testing
- Reducing project, travel and engineering costs
- Improving performance, quality and time to market
Record and Playback External Data
In addition to RF signals, the Spirent GSS6425 RPS can record and replay serial data from a wide range of external data sources.
Inertial sensors, DR sensors, reference receivers, 1pps and CAN bus data can all be recorded coherently—for synchronous or asynchronous playback—or logged for analysis and post-processing. An optional accessory can be purchased to enable advanced CAN bus features such as CAN Bus arbitration during playback, smart decoding & filtering, condition based logging and simulation of CAN traffic & messages.
Video streams can also be recorded synchronously with GNSS signals by simply connecting up to four webcams, and replayed for a visual record of the location. This helps during post processing and for optimizing receiver performance in challenging conditions such as multi-level roads, entry/exit points of tunnels, and dense urban environments.
Remote Control and Automation
The GSS6425 RPS can easily be controlled from a laptop, PDA or tablet over Wi-Fi by connecting a USB Wi-Fi dongle.
It is also possible to control the GSS6425 directly via the front panel keypad, or remotely via a web browser. Testing can also be automated, either by using simple HTTP commands, or by executing test scripts on the unit’s on-board Linux platform.
Ready for the Most Demanding Applications
The advanced capabilities of the GSS6425 RPS make it an ideal solution for testing GNSS receivers and devices for automotive, navigation, aerospace, defence and survey applications.
The GSS6425 supports USB 3.0, enabling longer recording times by recording directly to an external hard drive, the size of which being the only limiting factor with respect to record times. Data recording time can run for days, or even weeks.
Live Sky Data Set
To further reduce testing costs and time to market, GSS6425 RPS users can take advantage of our live sky data sets, a library of pre-recorded RF environments, captured by our experts at a range of key locations worldwide.
With the GSS6425 available in Record/Replay or Replay only variants (L1 only and L1/L2/L5), you can choose to process all GNSS signals in L1, L2 and L5 bands with its three record-and-playback channels.

A Next-Generation RPS
- Record and playback an unprecedented range of GNSS signals in optimum fidelity
- Complete even lengthy field recordings without interruption, with a 1TB internal hard drive and 1TB removable hard drive
- Record 3 RF frequencies at any one time with 30MHz bandwidth—or reduce bandwidth to 10MHz, for even longer recording sessions
- Increasing recording of frequencies to 6 by synchronizing two GSS6425 units in master/slave configuration
- Record and replay (synchronously or asynchronously) up to six channels of data from external sources (e.g., NMEA truth data, INS, 1PPS etc.)
- Record and replay synchronously up to 4 video streams by simply connecting webcams on the USB ports
- Apply attenuation on all or individual channels
- Control and monitor record and playback remotely, using the unit’s built-in webserver, even over Wi-Fi
- Save time by automating testing with HTTP commands, or by executing test scripts on the unit’s on-board Linux platform
- Fast connection to external devices using two USB 3.0 ports
Simple, Powerful and Versatile
- Self-contained and simple to use, with one-touch recording and no need for an external PC
- Can also be controlled wirelessly using laptop, PDA or smartphone (optional)
- Built for easy integration with other test systems
Accurate, efficient and cost-effective
- Accurately record and playback RF environments including real-world impairments (such as atmospheric effects, multipath, fades and interference)
- Present exactly the same recorded real-world signals to any number of devices under test, whenever and wherever is convenient—reducing field test costs and increasing productivity
- Further reduce field test costs with our global data set subscription service
