TCJT-9型微機(jī)控制土工合成材料拉拔儀通過測試土工合成材料與周圍土體拉拔摩擦阻力，以測定土工合成材料的拉拔阻力特性。適用于各種土性和狀態(tài)的土與各種類型的土工織物、土工膜、土工帶和土工格柵。

五、TCJT-9型微機(jī)控制土工合成材料拉拔儀試驗操作步驟：
1、按本規(guī)定裁剪試樣，試樣寬度宜稍小于試驗箱寬度，試樣長度應(yīng)使試樣不被拉斷，由試驗確定。
2、每組試驗應(yīng)不少于3塊試樣。
3、從試驗箱引出的試樣端部應(yīng)進(jìn)行加固，試驗時箱外試樣不應(yīng)發(fā)生很大的變形。
4、根據(jù)設(shè)計要求的密度和狀態(tài)將試驗箱下半部的土體仔細(xì)填實，填土高度與縫口齊平，平整土面。
5、在土面上鋪放試樣，拉伸端自縫口引出，注意兩邊對稱，隨即在試樣上輕輕鋪上層土使試樣定位。
6、根據(jù)設(shè)計要求的密度和狀態(tài)將上半箱的土填實。
7、將試樣的端部平整地放入拉力夾具內(nèi)，對中，均勻地夾緊。
8、依次放上加荷頂蓋和百分表，施加法向壓力，固結(jié)所需時間可參照相關(guān)試驗規(guī)程規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
9、調(diào)整水平加荷裝置，按下液晶顯示器中文顯示。依次進(jìn)行試驗所需測試參數(shù)。開始試驗。上下箭頭鍵為調(diào)整夾具所需位置。當(dāng)拉力夾具開始受力時即為拉拔開始點。按下開始鍵，測讀并記錄位移量和水平拉力。拉拔速率可參照工試驗規(guī)程，對砂性土宜取0．5mm/min。
10 、當(dāng)拉拔力出現(xiàn)峰值后，應(yīng)繼續(xù)拉拔直至拉拔力穩(wěn)定，即可停止試驗。
11 、換塊試樣，施加另個法向壓力，重復(fù)本節(jié)以上步驟完成全部試驗。
