電磁流量計(jì)工作原理:
基于法拉第電磁感應(yīng)定律即當(dāng)導(dǎo)電液體流過(guò)電繳流量計(jì)時(shí),導(dǎo)體液體中回產(chǎn)生與平均流速V(體積流量)成正比的電壓,其感應(yīng)電壓信號(hào)通過(guò)兩個(gè)與液體接觸的電極檢測(cè),通過(guò)電纜傳至放大器,然后轉(zhuǎn)換成統(tǒng)一的輸出信號(hào),基于電磁流量計(jì)的測(cè)量原理,要求流動(dòng)的液體具有限度的導(dǎo)電率。
It is based on the Faraday's electromagnetic induction law,that is,when a conductive liquid pases the electromagnetic flowmeter,it will produce a voltage directly proportional to the average velocity V(volume flow).
The induced voltage signal is detected via the two electrodes in contact with the liquid and is sent to the amplifier via the cable to be converted into a total output signal.According to the measurement principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter,the flowing liquid is required to have a minimum conductivity.
