用途、應(yīng)用
可用于測量在任何載荷（如拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)）或復(fù)合載荷下的三維材料參數(shù)與零部件的全場應(yīng)變及疲勞測試。測量結(jié)果可同時顯示樣品形貌變化、應(yīng)力、位移等參數(shù)特征；
適合于檢測斷裂力學(xué)性能、有限元模型驗證（FEA）、材料試驗（ 楊氏模量、泊松比、彈塑性性能）、零部件試驗（位移、應(yīng)變）等。應(yīng)用行業(yè)從微電子或生物材料的顯微研究至航天航空、汽車、艦船和鐵路等大尺寸零部件測量分析。
性能指標(biāo)
- 可用于任何材料表面的位移、應(yīng)變等分析，具有非接觸式、全場范圍、三維分析的特點；
- 可同時測量樣品的全場形貌、3維位移以及拉力應(yīng)變；
- 測量區(qū)域：典型的測量區(qū)域面積是20 x15mm2至1000 x750mm2；也可根據(jù)實際需求，改變相機鏡頭，從而使測量面積擴大為mm2至m2；
- 測量范圍：可達(dá)99%應(yīng)變；
- 測量靈敏度：取決于測量的條件，可達(dá)到視場的1/100,000。如果視場面積是100mm，靈敏度可以達(dá)到1μm；
- 標(biāo)定板尺寸：105 x148mm2至420 x594mm2可選；
- 照明系統(tǒng)：采用賀力氏冷光源均勻照射被測物表面，提高測量精度；
- 傳感器：曝光速率47μs至67s；幀率30Hz，典型5Hz；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CCD，1624 x1234像素；
軟件系統(tǒng)：
- 快速簡單的自動標(biāo)定程序；
- 在線直觀反饋測量精度和標(biāo)定質(zhì)量；
- 測量值的三維顯示；
- 簡潔的用戶界面，通用的對話框以及窗口構(gòu)架；
