三、試驗(yàn)步驟：
★篩析試驗(yàn)前，調(diào)節(jié)數(shù)顯式時(shí)間繼電器，使其設(shè)定在120s，再把負(fù)壓篩放在篩座上，蓋上篩蓋，打開(kāi)電源，調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)壓至-4000~-6000pa范圍內(nèi)，然后關(guān)機(jī)。

四、注意事項(xiàng)：
1、定期倒掉集塵瓶中的水泥。
2、如果使用一段時(shí)間后負(fù)壓達(dá)不到 標(biāo)要求(-4000～-6000pa)時(shí)，請(qǐng)清潔吸塵器中的收塵袋。
3、吸塵器連續(xù)工作不應(yīng)超過(guò)15分鐘，否則易過(guò)熱燒壞。
4、水泥細(xì)度負(fù)壓篩析儀試驗(yàn)篩的清洗試驗(yàn)篩必須經(jīng)常保持潔凈，篩孔通暢。如其篩孔被水泥堵塞影響篩余量時(shí)，可用弱酸浸泡，用毛刷輕輕地刷洗，用淡水沖凈、晾干。
5、篩余結(jié)果的修正為使試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可比，應(yīng)采用試驗(yàn)篩修正數(shù)方法修正7.1條的計(jì)算結(jié)果。修正系數(shù)的測(cè)定，按附錄Ｂ(補(bǔ)充件)進(jìn)行。

6. In case of dispute between the results of negative pressure sieve method and water sieve method or manual dry sieve method, the negative pressure sieve method shall prevail. Appendix A.
