儀具與材料
材料試驗(yàn)機(jī),其它可施加荷載并測(cè)試變形的路面材料試驗(yàn)設(shè)備也可使用,但均必須滿足下列條件:
大荷載應(yīng)滿足不超過其量程的80%,且不小于量程的20%的要求,宜采用100kN,分度值100N。具有球形支座,壓頭可以活動(dòng)與試件緊密接觸。
具有環(huán)境保溫箱,控溫準(zhǔn)確度0.5℃。當(dāng)缺乏環(huán)境保溫箱時(shí),試驗(yàn)室應(yīng)設(shè)置空調(diào),控溫準(zhǔn)確度1.0℃。
能符合加載速率保持2mm/min的要求。試驗(yàn)機(jī)宜有伺服系統(tǒng),在加載過程中速度基本不變。當(dāng)采用馬歇爾試驗(yàn)儀手動(dòng)控制時(shí),應(yīng)事先校正手搖速率,以達(dá)到2mm/min加載速率的要求。
變形量測(cè)裝置
