三、路面標線厚度測定儀操作步驟：
★準備：將測量底座和移動平塊(測厚度機構)處于同一水平上，再將數(shù)字式高精度百分表頭置入測厚度機構的安裝座內(nèi),然后調(diào)緊螺釘。
★顯示屏讀書清零：將數(shù)字式高精度百分表頭顯示屏清零。
★測量：將測量底座置于待測標線上面，使其與移動塊的接合處的邊緣與標線邊緣平行，移動塊能夠自由落下或下移即可測量標線的厚度。為便于讀數(shù)可按數(shù)字式高精度百分表頭的保持按鈕，提起標線厚度測定儀讀取并記錄數(shù)值。

The moving block can freely fall or move down to measure the thickness of the marking. To facilitate reading, press the hold button of the digital high-precision dial indicator and lift the line thickness gauge to read and record the value.
四、注意事項：
★為了保障測量結(jié)果的準確度，在測量前應盡量調(diào)整好標線厚度測量儀的零值。
★為了確保移動塊的移動應在試驗前應注意調(diào)整好其與標線的相對位置。
同時應清潔標線測量區(qū)域的表面，可獲得較真實的測量數(shù)據(jù)。
★測量時應注意解除數(shù)字式高精度百（千）分表頭的保持功能，一般連續(xù)按保持按鈕3次即可，讓標線厚度測定儀處于測量狀態(tài)。
★注意防止儀器在測量過程的跌落，以免儀器的損壞。長時間沒有測量任務時應取出數(shù)字式高精度百（千）分表的電池，以延長其使用壽命。
★測定器及其附件應存放在干燥、清潔、無振動、無易燃、易腐蝕物品的環(huán)境條件下。
