E、 System Composition
1、Aerosol
Equipped with a set of the independentaerosol generator; oily particulate generator
2、Air-Flow
Consists of a vacuum pump, air-flow controller, mass flowtransmitter, differential pressure transmitter, and air pipe.
3、Photometer
Using the 90-degree rightangle light scattering principle, the built-in air pump is used to draw aerosolparticles into the optical chamber, and the mass concentration of the particlesis measured by the amount of light scattered. Dynamic measurement range: can measurethe mass density of ions below 1.0 microns, below 2.5 microns, below 4.0microns, and below 10.0 microns. Detection range: 0.001~400mg/m3.
The photometer at the frontof the filter material sample measures the mass concentration at the front; thephotometer at the back of the filter material sample measures the massconcentration of the particles at the back. The ratio of the mass concentrationat the front and back is used to calculate the filtration efficiency of thefilter material sample.
4、Control System
PLC control measures airflowand pressure difference before and after filtration.
Calculate the particleconcentration filtration efficiency and mass concentration filtrationefficiency of different particle sizes when the loading capacity is in therange of 30mg-400mg.
