三、操作規(guī)程：
開(kāi)車前
?檢查分散機(jī)油位是否加注到規(guī)定位置，低應(yīng)加至規(guī)定油位，高應(yīng)放至規(guī)定位置。
?檢查三角皮帶松緊是否適當(dāng)。
?用手盤(pán)動(dòng)葉輪應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，無(wú)磨擦聲。
?檢查各緊固件是否松動(dòng)及各密封部位有無(wú)滲漏現(xiàn)象。
?開(kāi)啟分散機(jī)主電機(jī)，檢查攪拌的旋向是否與設(shè)備所規(guī)定的方向相同。
?確認(rèn)以上檢查工作無(wú)誤后方可開(kāi)車。
開(kāi)車
?將葉輪放在分散機(jī)容器的中心位置，撳下降按鈕，下降到低位置或要求的位置。
?兩只手柄必須鎖緊后才能開(kāi)車。
?開(kāi)主電機(jī)，按操作需要轉(zhuǎn)速按下按鈕，
?操作過(guò)程中應(yīng)經(jīng)常注意電流，如發(fā)現(xiàn)超載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)停車檢查原因，采取措施后再繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)分散機(jī)。
停車
?先停主電動(dòng)機(jī)，使葉輪全部停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
?開(kāi)分散機(jī)上升按鈕，使主軸葉輪上升至容器之上，清洗葉輪。
電源條件：
?電源電壓波動(dòng)通常交流選用 %10%、-15%，直流允許±%10左右，如若超差，須采取穩(wěn)壓措施或提出特殊訂貨要求。
?應(yīng)根據(jù)電源容量選擇額定電流和消耗功率。須注意交流起動(dòng)時(shí)VA值較高，在容量不足時(shí)應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用間接導(dǎo)式分散機(jī)。
?根據(jù)供電電源種類，分別選用交流和直流分散機(jī)。一般來(lái)說(shuō)交流電源取用方便。
?電壓規(guī)格用盡量?jī)?yōu)先選用AC380V、AC220V 、DC24V。

Third, the operating procedures:
Before driving
? Check whether the oil level of the dispersing machine is filled to the specified position, the low level should be added to the specified level, and the high level should be put to the specified position.
? Check if the V-belt is tight.
? The impeller should be turned flexibly without friction noise.
? Check whether each fastener is loose and whether there is leakage in each sealing part.
? Turn on the main motor of the disperser and check whether the rotation direction of the stirring is the same as the direction specified by the equipment.
? Make sure the above inspection work is correct before driving.
Drive
? Place the impeller in the center of the container of the disperser, press the down button, and lower it to the low position or the required position.
? Both handles must be locked before driving.
? Turn on the main motor and press the button according to the speed required for operation.
? Pay attention to the current during operation. If overload operation is found, stop the machine to check the cause, and then continue to operate the disperser after taking measures.
parking
? Stop the main motor first to stop all the impellers.
? Turn on the disperser up button to raise the main shaft impeller above the container and clean the impeller.
Power conditions:
? Power supply voltage fluctuations usually use% 10% and -15% for AC, and DC allowance of ±% 10.
