土工合成材料拉拔儀試驗方法:
★按本規(guī)定裁剪試樣,試樣寬度宜稍小于試驗箱寬度,試樣長度應(yīng)使試樣不被拉斷,由試驗確定。
★每組試驗應(yīng)不少于3塊試樣。
★從試驗箱引出的試樣端部應(yīng)進(jìn)行加固,試驗時箱外試樣不應(yīng)發(fā)生很大的變形。
★根據(jù)設(shè)計要求的密度和狀態(tài)將試驗箱下半部的土體仔細(xì)填實,填土高度與縫口齊平,平整土面。
★在土面上鋪放試樣,拉伸端自縫口引出,注意兩邊對稱,隨即在試樣上輕輕鋪上一層土使試樣定位。
★根據(jù)設(shè)計要求的密度和狀態(tài)將上半箱的土填實。
★將試樣的端部平整地放入拉力夾具內(nèi),對中,均勻地夾緊。
★依次放上加荷頂蓋和百分表,施加法向壓力,固結(jié)所需時間可參照相關(guān)試驗規(guī)程規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
★調(diào)整水平加荷裝置,按下液晶顯示器中文顯示。依次進(jìn)行試驗所需測試參數(shù)。開始試驗。上下箭頭鍵為調(diào)整夾具所需位置。當(dāng)拉力夾具開始受力時即為拉拔開始點。按下開始鍵,測讀并記錄位移量和水平拉力。拉拔速率可參照工試驗規(guī)程,對砂性土宜取0.5mm/min。
★當(dāng)拉拔力出現(xiàn)峰值后,應(yīng)繼續(xù)拉拔直至拉拔力穩(wěn)定,即可停止試驗。
★換一塊試樣,施加另一個法向壓力,重復(fù)本節(jié)以上步驟完成全部試驗
Geosynthetics puller test method:
★ Cut the sample according to this regulation. The width of the sample should be slightly smaller than the width of the test box. The length of the sample should be such that the sample is not broken and determined by the test.
★ Each group of tests should be no less than 3 samples.
★ The end of the sample taken from the test chamber should be reinforced, and the sample outside the box should not be greatly deformed during the test.
★ Carefully fill the soil in the lower part of the test box according to the density and state of the design. The filling height is flush with the seam and level the surface.
★ Place the sample on the soil surface, and draw the end from the seam. Pay attention to the symmetry of the two sides, then gently lay a layer of soil on the sample to position the sample.
★ Fill the soil of the upper half of the box according to the density and condition of the design.
★ Place the end of the sample flat into the tension clamp, centering and evenly clamping.
★ Put the top cover and the dial indicator in turn, apply the normal pressure, and the time required for consolidation can be carried out according to the relevant test procedures.
★ Adjust the horizontal loading device and press the LCD display Chinese display. The test parameters required for the test are performed in sequence. Start the test. The up and down arrow keys are used to adjust the desired position of the fixture. The pull start point is when the tension clamp begins to be stressed. Press the start button to read and record the displacement and horizontal pull. The drawing rate can be referred to the working test procedure, and it is preferable to take 0.5 mm/min for the sandy soil.
★When the pull-out force peaks, continue to pull until the pull-out force is stable, then stop the test.
★ Change one sample and apply another normal pressure. Repeat the above steps to complete all tests.
