裁取25mm×150mm的反光膜試樣，在其上放置符合JT/T687要求的6600g±33g重錘，使反光膜受到17.2kPa的壓力，然后置于70℃±2℃的空間里放置4h。取出反光膜，在標準測試條件下使之冷卻到室溫。試驗后，反光膜無需用水或其他溶劑浸濕，防粘紙即可方便的手工剝下，且無破損、撕裂或從反光膜上帶下粘合劑等損壞出現。
