四、混凝土測溫儀使用說明:
★用主機(jī)與測溫探頭測量材料溫度
將測溫探頭的插頭插入主機(jī)插座,按下電源開關(guān),將測溫探頭金屬桿插入被測物中,插入深度不少于其長度的1/2,兩分鐘左右在主機(jī)上讀取溫度數(shù)據(jù)。在測量拌合物 溫度時,為避免測溫探頭與拌合物中的硬物過度撞擊而影響使用壽命,可先用金屬棍在拌合物中預(yù)留孔,再將測溫探頭插入孔中測溫。每次用后應(yīng)將測溫探頭擦拭干凈。
★用主機(jī)與測溫線測量大體積混凝土溫度
施工測溫方案確定后,根據(jù)測溫點數(shù)量和深度選用長度規(guī)格合適的測溫線,例如:實際測溫點深 0.2m ~ 0.3m ,可選用規(guī)格為 0.5m 的測溫線;實際測溫點深 2.5m ~ 2.8m ,可選用規(guī)格為 3m 的測溫線,以次類推。預(yù)埋時可用鋼筋等桿件作支承物,將測溫線按照縱向測溫點距離綁在支承物上,溫度傳感器與支承物之間應(yīng)做隔熱處理。在澆筑混凝土?xí)r,將綁好測溫線的支承物植入混凝土中,溫度傳感器處于測溫點位置,插頭留在混凝土外面并用塑料袋罩好,避免潮濕,保持清潔。為便于操作,留在外面的導(dǎo)線長度應(yīng)大于 20cm 。測溫時,按下主機(jī)電源開關(guān),將測溫線插頭插入主機(jī)插座中,主機(jī)顯示屏上即可顯示相應(yīng)測溫點的溫度。
★用主機(jī)與測溫線測量冬期施工混凝土溫度
在澆筑混凝土?xí)r,按冬期施工測溫方案預(yù)留測溫孔,在每個孔內(nèi)放置一支測溫線,測溫線的插頭留在孔外并用塑料袋罩好,避免潮濕,保持清潔。測溫時,按下主機(jī)電源開關(guān),將測溫線插頭插入主機(jī)插座中,主機(jī)顯示屏上即可顯示相應(yīng)測溫點的溫度。每階段測溫結(jié)束后將測溫線收存好,以備下次再用。也可將測溫線埋入混凝土中一次性使用,具體作法見使用方法“ 2 ”。
★夜間測溫讀數(shù)照明功能的使用
在夜間或黑暗環(huán)境下使用時,按下主機(jī)照明開關(guān),液晶顯示屏可發(fā)出淡綠色的背景光,使讀數(shù)清晰醒目。

五、混凝土測溫儀構(gòu)成和功能:

主機(jī)為便攜式儀表,設(shè)有電源開關(guān)、照明開關(guān)、插座和液晶顯示屏,可數(shù)字顯示被測溫度值,并有夜間測溫讀數(shù)照明功能。為防塵防潮防磕碰,采用密封性能良好的薄膜輕觸開關(guān)和背帶式儀器套,也可打開主機(jī)后面的支架,置于桌面上使用。
★測溫探頭
測溫探頭由插頭、導(dǎo)線、手柄和外徑為φ5mmX220mm的金屬管制成,管內(nèi)前端封裝溫度傳感器,適宜測量材料和熟料溫度。
★測溫線
預(yù)埋式測溫線由插頭、導(dǎo)線和溫度傳感器制成,適宜測量混凝土內(nèi)部溫度,每支測溫線可測一點溫度,在施工中可任意布置測溫點。為便于分層測溫,每支測溫線的插頭都貼有相應(yīng)長度規(guī)格的標(biāo)簽。

六、混凝土測溫儀電池的更換:
當(dāng)主機(jī)顯示屏左上角出現(xiàn)電池符號或不能正常開機(jī)時,一般為電池電壓不足所致,需換新電池。方法如下:將主機(jī)后面的電池倉蓋向下推動,打開電池倉將舊電池取出,扣好新電池,然后將電池倉蓋恢復(fù)原位置。

七、混凝土測溫儀注意事項:
★主機(jī)未接測溫探頭或測溫線時顯示屏上顯示“-1”為準(zhǔn)備工作狀態(tài)。
★在操作中A用力過猛,將插頭插入或拔出主機(jī)插座時,應(yīng)持穩(wěn)插頭。
★插頭和主機(jī)插座應(yīng)避免潮濕,保持清潔。如不慎進(jìn)水受潮,請擦凈晾干后再使用,以免測溫結(jié)果失準(zhǔn)。
★儀器使用完畢應(yīng)及時關(guān)機(jī),長期不用時應(yīng)將電池取出以免損壞儀器。
★不要自行打開主機(jī)后蓋,需要檢修或校準(zhǔn)時,請送回生產(chǎn)廠或代理處。
