DSP3000
DSP3000是將選定的可燃氣體的引燃生成煙灰氣溶膠。DSP3000和DSP3000H均可以按要求調(diào)整空氣與可燃氣體比例來調(diào)節(jié)顆粒粒徑和煙灰氣溶膠流量。在電腦或筆記本上提供的軟件可以快速并且再現(xiàn)性的完成操作參數(shù)的設(shè)置。伴隨達3g/h的煙灰流量,DSP3000是完美滿足柴油機煙灰顆粒過濾器(DPF)過濾效率測試的*。DSP3000和DSP3000H均可大值為300mbar的正向壓力下正常工作。

GFG3000
用來產(chǎn)生測試或校準(zhǔn)氣溶膠的氣溶膠發(fā)生器必須在粒徑分布,濃度等參數(shù)保持穩(wěn)定,并且可重復(fù)進行參數(shù)調(diào)整并保持再現(xiàn)性。GFG1000和GFG3000電花發(fā)生器可以從純凈石墨中生產(chǎn)具備可調(diào)整的粒徑分布、類似于柴油機煙灰的測試氣溶膠,粒徑范圍20nm-150nm.,并且大約6mg/h低流量及高再現(xiàn)性。GFG3000內(nèi)置的流量控制器可以對氬氣和稀釋氣體進行更精確的流量調(diào)整。其他用于顆粒生產(chǎn)的材料包括銅(Cu),金(Au),銀(Ag)等。
氣溶膠發(fā)生器是在氬氣氣氛內(nèi)通過兩個加載高電壓的石墨電極用來生成一個跳躍電花,這也是為什么GFG3000氣溶膠發(fā)生器也被稱作“電花發(fā)生器”。
