概述
1．適用范圍
PHF101型潤滑油灰分測定儀是我公司自主研發(fā)的新一代智能產(chǎn)品。能嚴(yán)格按照國標(biāo)GB/T508有關(guān)規(guī)定，自動完成慢灰、快灰、粘結(jié)指數(shù)、揮發(fā)份等測定。還可以適用于其他行業(yè)中對被測物品進(jìn)行定點恒溫、定時加熱等一系列的加熱、灼燒或干燥處理。該儀器具有測量控制精度高、效率高（節(jié)能）、性能穩(wěn)定可靠、操作方便、自動化程度高等特點。因此，廣泛用于煤炭、焦化、電力、冶金、石油、化工等行業(yè)和科研部門。
2．主要功能及特點
具有傳統(tǒng)控制儀所具備的慢灰、快灰、揮發(fā)、粘結(jié)等工業(yè)分析的測試程序外，還增加了一個強大的自定義設(shè)定程序（簡稱:自選），自選設(shè)定程序可以設(shè)置50個獨立程序，而且每個獨立程序可以設(shè)置不同恒溫點和恒溫時間。功能強大，兼容性好，能滿足多行業(yè)需求。
揮發(fā)份實驗時，3分鐘恢復(fù)900±10℃效果，恢復(fù)溫度的真實性和實驗結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確度是該產(chǎn)品控溫效果的大特色。
設(shè)備采用PID算法和模糊控制技術(shù)，自動校正測量溫度，自動移相觸發(fā)可控硅導(dǎo)通角，控制加熱功率。
操作平臺應(yīng)用 "按鍵"方式，使實驗操作更加可靠、靈活、方便。
顯示采用漢顯液晶顯示器，顯示信息量非常豐富、直觀、清晰

In addition to the test procedures for industrial analysis such as slow gray, fast ash, volatilization, and stickiness that are provided by conventional controllers, a powerful custom setting program (abbreviation: self-selection) has been added, and the self-selection program can be set to 50.
