一．參照標準standard：

It was designed and manufactured accordingto the national standard GB/T6609.24-2004 "the method of chemical analysisof alumina oxide and the method of physical performance measurement: "determinationof repose angle ".
YS/T581.13氧化鋁化學分析方法和物理性能測定方法 安息角的測定》。
Conforms to YS/T581.13 . technicalspecification “aluminium oxidechemical analysis method and the measurement method of physical performanceangle of repose measurement”.
二.參數(shù)資料
不銹鋼漏斗：上內(nèi)徑74mm、下料口內(nèi)徑6mm兩檔板間裝有孔徑為1mm的篩網(wǎng)。此漏斗被緊固在支架上。
SS funnel: upper inner diameter 74mm, feedopening inner diameter 6mm,
between the two baffle plates with 1mmsieve. The funnel is fastened on the bracket.
電鍍鋼底板：底板由鋼制成材料制成，尺寸為：寬200mm、長270mm、厚18mm。在拋光電鍍的底板上表面上刻有四條互成45?角的直線。正好在漏斗處的中心部分有1個固定高度量規(guī)的定位銷，底板下面有可調(diào)水平的支腳。
Electroplated steel bottom plate: Thebottom plate is made of steel, minimum size: width 200mm, length 270mm, thick18mm. On the surface of polished electroplated steel bottom plate carved fourstraight lines with 45 degree angles each other. There are 1 position pin for fixedheight gauge in the center part of the funnel, the bottom plate is providedwith adjustable feet.
漏斗固定器:由不銹鋼組成，其結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)緊固。漏斗中心線垂直于中心定位銷。
Funnel holder: made of stainless steel, thestructure should be fastened.
Funnel center line perpendicular to centerposition pin.
高度量規(guī)（決定高度的金屬圓柱體）：它是表面拋光的由不銹鋼制成的圓柱體，高40mm，底部有一凹槽，以便同底板的定位銷中心相銜接。
Height gauge(Metal cylinder for determinethe height): it is a polished stainless steel cylinder, height 40mm, a grooveat the bottom, so as to connect with the positioning pin center of the bottomplate.
