MSM超快光電探測(cè)器UltraFast
產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:UltraFast系列MSM超快光電探測(cè)器,探測(cè)帶寬可達(dá)35GHz,探測(cè)波長(zhǎng)范圍400~1600nm。經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),探測(cè)器脈沖拖尾降至低,并可無(wú)震蕩脈沖響應(yīng)工作。所采用的MSM結(jié)構(gòu)(金屬-半導(dǎo)體-金屬)具有電容低、串聯(lián)阻抗低和感應(yīng)面積大等內(nèi)在優(yōu)點(diǎn),這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)使得探測(cè)器具有優(yōu)良的性能。特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)和摻雜,提高了探測(cè)器的響應(yīng)度,降低了電噪聲。MSM探測(cè)器是測(cè)定高速光源和光波系統(tǒng)的時(shí)頻特性的理想選擇。
