MOOG伺服閥是MOOG公司研發(fā)的電液伺服控制中的關(guān)鍵元件品牌,它是一種接受模擬電信號(hào)后,相應(yīng)輸出調(diào)制的流量和壓力的液壓控制閥。電液伺服閥具有動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)快、控制精度高、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、艦船、冶金、化工等領(lǐng)域的電液伺服控制系統(tǒng)中。
MOOG伺服閥原理
典型的MOOG伺服閥由永磁力矩馬達(dá)、噴嘴、檔板、閥芯、閥套和控制腔組成。當(dāng)輸入線圈通入電流 伺服閥時(shí),檔板向右移動(dòng),使右邊噴嘴的節(jié)流作用加強(qiáng),流量減少,右側(cè)背壓上升;同時(shí)使左邊噴嘴節(jié)流作用減小,流量增加,左側(cè)背壓下降。閥芯兩端的作用力失去平衡, 閥芯遂向左移動(dòng)。高壓油從S流向C2,送到負(fù)載。負(fù)載回油通過(guò) C1流過(guò)回油口,進(jìn)入油箱。閥芯的位移量與力矩馬達(dá)的輸入電流成正比,作用在閥芯上的液壓力與彈簧力相平衡,因此在平衡狀態(tài)下力矩馬達(dá)的差動(dòng)電流與閥芯的位移成正比。如果輸入的電流反向,則流量也反向。表中是伺服閥的分類。
